JESPER EVERGREEN is a nineteen year old from GALAR. they use they/it pronouns and are known for being one of the 2019 gym circuit semi-finalists, as well as for causing city and governmental shutdowns and aiding and abetting criminals.

it currently resides in WYNDON with its two partners. its team consists of galarian slowpoke, galarian rapidash, sigilyph, solrock, musharna, and umbreon.
